We re-imagined the entire landscape for this two+ acre condominium property as a colorful beach meadow. We removed the high water use planting and tall hedging that concealed the building and replaced them with new colorful gardens that feature plants from all over the world that share our particular climate of wet winters and dry summers. We created new pathways that allow residents to meander through the gardens and finally experience the large property. The driveway is more spacious and welcoming now, with new plants that take advantage of the constant sea breezes.
